I always use the first page of a new sketchbook to pledge to ruin the book. All those blank pages are intimidating. Sherlock thinks that’s idiotic. Shut up, Sherlock, it works for me! (Taken with instagram)

This is actually one of the first things I did with Red Software’s Animation Creator for iPad, which is a really wonderful app, if you’re in to that sort of thing. You can export the animation as a video to your photo library and then edit the video in iMovie, which makes for some interesting future possibilities. I think at one point I re-did the whole thing all together and it was much smoother. Still needs more in between frames, though.

Life on the run means blurry photos of drawings. Someday I will sit down in front of a scanner again. Till then, here is a blurry pug with an unfinished foot.
